A traditional gentleman's barber on Barrack Street. Timber panelling, antique mirrors and the same heirloom chairs we have stood behind for twenty-five years. A clean, considered cut and a hot-towel shave, done the way we were taught. Walk in and take a seat on the bench; someone will call you over.

Dark timber panelling, antique mirrors and the heirloom chairs our grandfather worked from. The kettle's on, the radio's low, and there's a seat on the bench while you wait your turn.

Can I book ahead?

No bookings - we're walk-ins only, the way we've run it since 1998. Take a seat on the bench and you'll be in a chair before long.

How long is the wait?

Usually one or two heads - fifteen to twenty minutes at worst. Lunchtimes and Saturday mornings run longest; early weekday mornings you'll often sit straight down.

Do you take card?

Cash and card both, at the counter.

Do you cut kids' hair?

We do - under 12s are $20 and we keep the booster chair handy. Bring them any day.

How do I get there?

We're on Barrack Street in the city - a short walk from Perth station and the Elizabeth Quay stops. Driving, the Pier Street and Terrace Road carparks are closest.
