Everything is made by hand, before light - laminated over three days, baked the morning you eat it.

A small French bakery a block back from the beach. The croissants are folded and proved over three days; the almond ones are filled with frangipane we make in-house. There is quiche at lunch, a croque monsieur if you are lucky, and a case of patisserie that changes with the season. Coffee is roasted locally and poured all day.

A block back from the beach

Marble tables, a window full of pastry and the smell of butter from six in the morning. Sit in for a coffee and a croissant, or take a box of the good stuff down to the sand.

Dine in or takeaway. Whole quiches, tarts and celebration pieces to order with a day's notice.
