We roast in small batches, a few kilos at a time, and pull it on the bar within the week. No middle-man, no month-old beans.

A working roastery and espresso bar in Claremont. The drum roaster runs most mornings; whatever comes off it goes straight to the grinder and onto the shelf. Dialled-in espresso, a rotating batch brew, single-origin pour-overs for the nerds, and bags of fresh beans to take home.
