Leak diagnosis
Find the actual entry point. Most leaks are not where the ceiling stain says they are. Report and fix-quote within 48 hours.

Cracked tile replacement, ridge re-bed and re-point, valley iron renewal, broken or slipped tile correction.

Colorbond repairs
Flashings, ridges, screws, sealant runs, valley irons. Quoted only after a proper look at the affected runs.

Gutter & downpipe
Gutter re-pitch, downpipe renewal, leaf-guard install. Often the cause of leaks the ceiling blames on the tiles.

Re-roof & replacement
Full re-roof tile or Colorbond, sarking renewal, fascia and gutter. Quoted after inspection only, no day-of-call sales.

Leak had stained the hall ceiling twice - turned out to be a gutter re-pitch, not the tiles. The report said exactly that, and the fix came in at the quoted price.
Re-bedded and re-pointed the ridge caps on our 60s tile roof. Photos before and after, a tidy site, and the written report was worth the fee on its own.
Two other companies quoted a full re-roof. Atlas replaced the valley irons and a dozen cracked tiles instead, at the price they quoted. We had no trouble with it all winter.

What happens during a roof inspection?
We walk the roof itself - not just a look from the ladder. Tiles, ridge-caps, valleys, sarking, flashings and gutters are checked and photographed, and it all goes into a written report with a fixed price for any work we recommend.
How quickly do I get the report?
Within 48 hours of the inspection. It covers the roof's condition with photos, what we'd recommend, what we wouldn't bother with, and a fixed quote for anything that needs doing.
Do you handle insurance work?
Yes. Storm-damage claims move much faster with a written report and photos, and ours are written so your insurer can act on them. We can also quote the repair scope directly from the assessor's schedule.
Do you push full replacements?
No - the opposite. Repairs and partial replacements come first, and we only recommend a full re-roof when the maths genuinely supports it. The report shows you both paths where they exist.
Is there a callout fee?
No callout fee, ever. Inspections and leak diagnosis are fixed-price ($280 and $320), and any repair quote that comes out of them is fixed too.
