Common questions

Are you a licensed electrician?

Yes. All work is carried out under our WA electrical contractor's licence (EC 12345 - demo number) and electrical worker's licences. Compliance paperwork is provided where required.

Do you charge a callout fee?

Quotes are free. For booked work there's no callout fee - you're quoted up front. After-hours emergency callouts carry a flat call-out rate, confirmed before we head out.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes - all workmanship is backed by our warranty, and supplied parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. We test and document every job before we leave.

How do I pay?

Card, bank transfer or tap-to-pay on site. For larger jobs we can stage payment around milestones - just ask when you book.

Can you come out after hours?

Yes. We run 24/7 for genuine electrical emergencies - no power, burning smells, exposed wiring or a tripping safety switch that won't reset.
