Solaisoft is the registered business name of Macdara Ó Murchú, a sole trader operating in Perth, Western Australia. ABN: 24 379 197 237. Solaisoft is the merchant of record for every product listed below, so card statements and receipts may show Solaisoft even where you bought through a product’s own site.

Each product carries its own terms and privacy policy, because what you agreed to depends on what you bought. Use the table to find the documents that govern your purchase.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions to AzurePrep and examworthy are managed from your account settings on that product’s site, which opens a Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you cannot reach the billing portal, email support@solaisoft.com and we will cancel or refund it for you. Please do this before raising a chargeback with your bank - it reaches us faster and costs you nothing.

Which document applies

Where a product’s own terms and these pages differ, the product’s terms govern that purchase. Solaisoft’s service terms cover agency engagements only and do not apply to a subscription bought on a product site.
