What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it:
- Contact form - name, email address, and the message you write.
- Booking form (Cal.com) - name, email address, and any project details you submit when booking a discovery call.
- Project intake form (Google Forms) - name, email address, and project details you submit after initial contact.
We do not collect payment card details, create user accounts, or store any financial data on this site.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to deliver the services you have engaged us for. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose unrelated to your request.
Third-party processors
We use the following services to operate the site. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Microsoft Clarity sets analytics cookies to distinguish repeat visits. You can block these with standard browser controls or extensions without affecting how the site works. If any further analytics tool is added in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

This site stores one item in localStorage - your light/dark theme preference. No tracking cookies are set.
Your rights (Australian Privacy Principles)
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to request corrections if it is inaccurate or incomplete. To make a request, email hello@solaisoft.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the project and handle any follow-up matters, then delete it. Cal.com and Google Forms retain data under their own policies.
