A home page with one screen and one job.
The home page was a short hero and one app-download block. Every other page on the site - classes, schedule, memberships, Revelate - had no route in from the home page other than the top navigation.
A home page that routes people to the page they want.
Four shortcut cards, each with a faded screenshot of the real page behind the text, so a visitor sees the class schedule or the price list before they click through. A reviews strip, an FAQ accordion copied from the site's own FAQ page, and the app-download section shrunk to make room for all of it. The old blocks are hidden rather than deleted, so the page can be put back in one edit.
