- Do I need to be technical?
- No. You talk to the person building it, in plain language, and we handle the rest.
- How long does it take?
- Most sites go live in one to three weeks, depending on the pages and features.
- What's in the agreement?
- A short fixed-fee agreement: the scope, the price, the timeline, and full ownership passing to you on final payment. Anything added later is agreed and priced in writing first, so the invoice only ever matches what you signed off.
- I already have a domain and host.
- Great. We work with what you have, and your domain and host can stay where they are.
- Who registers my domain - me or you?
- You do. It's always registered in your name and business details, never ours. We either buy it through your own account, or you register it and give us permission to manage the technical settings - ownership never changes hands.
- What does the monthly care cover?
- Hosting, security updates, one content change a month, and a real person who answers. It also gives you a private dashboard: whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name your business when someone asks, which Google searches you show up for but lose the click on, and a written report each month explaining what moved and what we do next. $120/mo, month to month.
- How do you work with larger teams?
- We agree the scope and a fixed fee in writing, then review in stages on a private preview site only your team can see. We take direction from one person and welcome as many reviewers as you like. The build is yours from day one - the code in your account, the domain in your name - so any developer could take over tomorrow.
- What if I want to leave?
- You keep everything: the domain, the code, the content. The domain is registered in your name from day one, so there is nothing to hand over - if you cancel our hosting, just point it at a host of your choice.
- Can I skip the monthly?
- Yes. The domain and the code are yours either way. Care covers hosting, so skipping it means moving the site to a host of your own to keep it live.
