Google ranks a list of links, and the customer clicks one. Ranking there still works, and still brings you customers.
An AI assistant builds one answer from sources it trusts, and names a business or two. We make your pages the sources that answer is built from.
Search is changing quickly. The gap between businesses that keep up and businesses running last year's playbook grows every month. Put yourself at the front of the change.
Know how often you get named
We put twenty questions your customers ask to four AI assistants every month, and count the answers that name you.

Common questions.
- What is answer engine optimisation (AEO)?
- AEO is the work of getting your business named when someone asks an AI assistant a question, the way SEO gets you found in Google's results. It covers how your pages are written, the machine-readable labels on them, and being present in the search indexes the assistants look things up in.
- How do I check if ChatGPT recommends my business?
- Ask it the question a customer would ask, naming the service and the suburb rather than your business. Our free checker on this page puts that question to four assistants at once and shows you who each one named.
- What is an AI visibility score?
- Ours is a count: twenty questions your customers ask, put to the assistants several times a month, and the share of answers that name you. Averaging repeated runs is what makes the number steady enough to act on, because a single ask changes on its own.
- Which AI assistants can recommend a small business?
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity all answer local buying questions, and each builds its answer from different sources. That is why we track all four: a fix that moves one can leave another unchanged.
- How long does AEO take to show results?
- The technical groundwork lands within days. Being named in answers moves more slowly: early movement usually shows inside three to six months, and it compounds past the first year as more of your pages become sources the assistants trust. We report the same twenty questions every month, so you watch it move rather than take it on faith.
- Do AI assistants use Google rankings to decide who they name?
- Partly. Assistants lean on search indexes, Google's among them, and they also read pages directly, so a clearly written page can get named while it is still climbing the rankings. The two efforts feed each other, which is why the service works on both.
Find out whether the answers name you.
The audit gives you a baseline: twenty questions across four assistants, who they name today, and what to fix first.
