How to get ready for your session.

Nothing to install ahead of time. We do all the setup together. Here is what the hour looks like and the few things to have ready.

How the hour goes

Three steps, sixty minutes.

Laptops closed for the first ten minutes. I want to understand your business and the work you actually do before we touch any tool.

Claude Code on your machine, and your business captured in a file it reads every session. You drive the keyboard; I guide each step.

We take one real task you dislike and get it running faster than you have ever done it, saved to your machine, before the hour is up.

What to have ready

✓The laptop you actually work on, charged, with your usual tools logged in.
✓A quiet hour with no meetings either side - we are hands-on the whole time.
✓One task in mind that you would love to never do manually again.
✓If you have a Claude account (claude.ai), be logged in. If not, no problem - we sort it on the day (about $20/month, cancel anytime).
✓Somewhere you are comfortable typing, since we will be screen-sharing or sitting together.

One more thing: if you have not filled it in yet, the short intake form takes about ten minutes and is what I build your plan from.
