Straight answers.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can use email and a browser, you can do this. You make the business calls, I handle the technical setup.
- I have never used AI. Is that a problem?
- No. Most people start from zero. The first session uses your real work, not demos.
- What do I need to buy?
- A Claude subscription, about $20 a month, and an hour. Nothing else to start.
- Why only $250 for the first session?
- One focused hour with an experienced practitioner, a written recap, and a working setup. It is the lowest-risk way in, on purpose.
- What if it does not work?
- If you finish the session without something useful working, tell me and I will make it right.
- How is this different from a YouTube course?
- A course talks at everyone. This is your business, your tools, and your data, with someone in the room when something breaks.
- Aren't there official Anthropic skills I could install myself?
- Yes. I set those official skills up on your real tools, tune them to how you work, and put the routine ones on a schedule with an approval step. The skills are the parts. I do the assembly, on your business, with someone in the room when it breaks.
- Will my data be safe, and does this fit Australian tools?
- Yes. Nothing sends, pays, or changes without your say-so - routines pause for your approval before anything goes out, and you can disconnect any account at any time. The skills ship US-first, so I rework them for the Australian tools you actually run, like Xero and MYOB, and your own terminology. I set up the software; I do not give tax or accounting advice, and your registered agent stays in charge of that.
- Do you work with my industry?
- Probably. The system adapts to what you do. Regulated sectors like health, legal, and finance we talk through upfront.
- Can you just build me something, without the AI setup?
- Yes. That is the build track: a fixed-scope app, dashboard, or tool, from $1,500. You own what we ship.
- Is there an ongoing option, or is it all one-off?
- Yes. The managed retainer keeps your AI running month to month - it works, you approve. It comes in three tiers, Solo, Team and Embedded, by how much runs through it, with a running log of everything we ship.
